If you are a Past Member with I.A.T.S.E. Local 168 and want to rejoin you will need to send a letter to the Secretary-Treasurer making your request.  As you may either be returning with Honourable Withdrawal or from an Expulsion, the specifics for your situation will be discussed with you once your request has been received and your status is reviewed.  Regardless, of your status, once all steps for returning are met, the final decision on seniority and overall approval comes from a vote of the General Membership.
